HOUSE BILL NO. 181 am "An Act relating to the state's right to                 
appeal in criminal cases; relating to sentence appeals; amending Rule          
202 of the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure; and providing for              
an effective date" which had been held to the May 4 calendar (page             
2048) was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 181 am be advanced to third reading and placed on final               
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
